An Introduction
Conscious Cloth was created for the woman who has taken the time to get to know herself. Her consciousness level is high and even at the most mundane level of her day-to-day life she remains in harmony with her surroundings in a delicate and refined way. Her clothes are a reflection and an expression of her aura.
The silhouettes in the line are each a facet of her personality and intuitive projection; from the sexy boy short and tank, to an elegant yoga pant that can go out to a New York party, to a flirty yet innocent cocktail dress, all the way into evening, with a hint of the refined, subtle glamour, this woman has an inner strength and beauty that can be felt when she enters a room.
The fabrics which include blends of silk & cotton, wool, linen and cotton & cashmere, consist of the highest quality, all natural fibers and are soft and delicate to the touch. The lightness of these fabrics allows the wearer to feel unobstructed in her movements.
The sacred words and symbols that have been woven and encoded into the fabric are meant to bring harmony and light into the body of the garment, which, when worn, will also bring harmony and light to the wearer.
When you are draped in Conscious Cloth, you are wrapped in the energy of well-being and vitality.
Leila Astarabadi
Born and raised in central California, Leila Astarabadi grew up the middle daughter of three girls from a multicultural family. From a young age, she was exposed to a world of beauty and mysticism by her grandmother, who would always return from her travels through Europe and the Middle East with beautiful designs for her granddaughter.
With a strong wanderlust and the knowledge that there was a world of splendor that awaited her, Leila left California, and headed to the mecca of fashion and beauty, New York City.
After having her son, she began the pursuit of what truly fed her soul: yoga, mystical studies, healing arts, and design.
Astarabadi studied interior design at Parsons in New York City, and soon after received design jobs from her private yoga clients—people who were interested in extending the energy of their yoga sessions into their lifestyles and homes.
The yoga inspired her to become a teacher, develop her spiritual gifts, and to go after all of her passions and dreams. She has been certified in many styles of yoga, and is committed to a lifetime of learning the Divine Spiritual Wisdom, to raise her own consciousness so she can help and serve others.
After many years of studies and experience, she has created Conscious Cloth, a collection of luxurious clothing inspired by her own spiritual journey.
